The Optimal Aging Conference brings together healthcare and social service professionals, industry leaders, and academics who view aging as an opportunity. For 2027, we encourage proposals that align with the conference theme, Women's Health: Empowering Healthy Aging.
The primary presenter is responsible for submitting the proposal, entering information for all co-presenters, ensuring co-presenters submit their disclosure form, and communicating with co-presenters if your proposal is accepted.
You may include up to three co-presenters in this form. To add more, email the Trager Events team at tragerevents@louisville.edu.
